What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for a specific payment platform area to ensure business alignment.
• Lead discovery efforts by engaging clients and stakeholders to frame and validate problems.
• Develop detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and decision documents for engineering and design teams.
• Define success metrics and utilize data insights to guide iteration and prioritize features.
• Integrate regulatory and compliance requirements such as PCI DSS, KYC/AML into the product core.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, sales, and client success teams to ensure scalability and usability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B, fintech, or enterprise software environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven track record of shipping features that drive measurable business or customer impact.
• Comfort working with technical concepts including APIs and system architecture.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics to guide decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in banking or regulated financial environments.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and other enterprise compliance frameworks.
