What you will do

• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of the assigned anti-fraud service portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments.
• Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop and validate business cases, strategic proposals, and CAPEX requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external technology partners to ensure global service harmonization.
• Lead and support Service Development Managers to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in service development, product management, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable service portfolios.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams within a matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Ability to work from the Milan office.
