What you will do
- Own the post-sale relationship as a "farmer", building long-term trust with international clients.
- Drive account growth through strategic upselling.
- Identify and implement strategies to prevent customer churn.
- Maintain and execute customer success plans.
- Increase adoption of platform features.
Requirements
- Valid work permit for Netherlands.
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- English proficiency.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and AI tools.
