What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for strategic hospitality enterprise customers in the Benelux region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and product adoption.
- Increase product usage and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the portfolio.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and establish success plans.
- Analyze usage data and health scores to identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, expansion, renewals, churn).
- Experience managing complex, multi-level stakeholder structures, including C-level engagement.
- Fluent business-level Dutch and English.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).
