Strategic SaaS Account Manager (Hospitality): Managing and growing the most important enterprise hospitality customers in the Benelux region with an accent on NRR growth, product adoption, and C-level stakeholder management. Focus on developing strategic account plans, analyzing usage data to mitigate risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the customer journey.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for strategic hospitality enterprise customers in the Benelux region.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and product adoption.
  • Increase product usage and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the portfolio.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and establish success plans.
  • Analyze usage data and health scores to identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, expansion, renewals, churn).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-level stakeholder structures, including C-level engagement.
  • Fluent business-level Dutch and English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).

  • Experience in the hospitality, POS, or hospitality tech industry.
