What you will do

• Lead Paid Social strategy for 5-6 clients, developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans.
• Manage daily campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
• Analyze performance data and platform insights to report actionable results to clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to translate data into effective solutions and strategic narratives.
• Continuously upskill platform expertise through the hirify.global induction program and industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience navigating Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
• Proven track record of driving Paid Social performance through strategic roadmaps and continuous testing.
• High level of operational precision, commitment to best-in-class setup, and rigorous QA.
• Proactive technical mindset and passion for the details that drive real performance.
• Ability to work from the London office 40% of the time.
