What you will do
- Lead Paid Social strategy for 5-6 clients, developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans.
- Manage daily campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
- Analyze performance data and platform insights to report actionable results to clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to translate data into effective solutions and strategic narratives.
- Continuously upskill platform expertise through the induction program and industry trends.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience navigating Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
- Proven track record of driving Paid Social performance through strategic roadmaps and continuous testing.
- High level of operational precision, commitment to best-in-class setup, and rigorous QA.
- Proactive technical mindset and passion for the details that drive real performance.
- Ability to work from the London office 40% of the time.
