What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
• Manage keyword strategy, bidding models, budgets, and audience layering to drive efficient growth.
• Support structured testing across creative variations, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event configuration, and product feed hygiene.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics including CAC, CVR, and engagement rates.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to align search programs with regional priorities.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and YouTube campaigns.
• Strong understanding of modern search account structure, bidding models, and performance optimization.
• Experience running performance-focused paid search ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
• Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
