Paid Search Specialist (UK)

What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and related search platforms.
• Manage keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, audiences, campaign structure, negative keywords, and ad quality.
• Run structured tests across bidding strategies, audiences, creative, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Maintain pixel tracking, event configuration, product feeds, UTM parameters, audience uploads, and scalable account architecture.
• Monitor CAC, CVR, engagement, spend pacing, and other performance metrics in regular reporting.
• Collaborate with paid media, analytics, regional marketing stakeholders, and agency partners on measurable growth.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and YouTube campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search account structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and performance optimization.
• Experience running performance-focused paid search campaigns for omnichannel consumer brands.
• Ability to analyze data and translate performance metrics into optimization actions.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in advertising platforms daily.
