TL;DR
Technical Service Engineer (Solid-Liquid Separation): Improving thickening, filtration, and dewatering performance for concentrate production in Indonesia with an accent on process optimization, troubleshooting, and plant support. Focus on conducting laboratory and plant trials, supporting commissioning and daily production issues, and maintaining reagent supply and technical equipment.

Location: Indonesia (Remote)

What you will do

  • Identify future customer needs and develop services and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize solid-liquid separation in six thickener circuits to achieve target solids percentage, settling rate, and clarity.
  • Improve filtration performance across six dewatering plant circuits to achieve the required moisture level in dry concentrate before shipment.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for downstream production areas, including thickeners, pipelines, and dewatering plants.
  • Support comminution and separation activities, daily production issues, commissioning, and related technical work.
  • Plan and conduct laboratory and plant trials covering water properties, concentrate properties, tailings, and filter performance.

Requirements

  • Remote position based in Indonesia.
  • Experience or capability in solid-liquid separation, thickening, filtration, and dewatering processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production and process-performance issues in plant environments.
  • Ability to conduct laboratory and plant trials and evaluate process results.
