Technical Service Engineer

Location: Indonesia (Remote)

What you will do

• Identify future customer needs and develop services and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Optimize solid-liquid separation in six thickener circuits to achieve target solids percentage, settling rate, and clarity.
• Improve filtration performance across six dewatering plant circuits to achieve the required moisture level in dry concentrate before shipment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for downstream production areas, including thickeners, pipelines, and dewatering plants.
• Support comminution and separation activities, daily production issues, commissioning, and related technical work.
• Plan and conduct laboratory and plant trials covering water properties, concentrate properties, tailings, and filter performance.

Requirements

• Remote position based in Indonesia.
• Experience or capability in solid-liquid separation, thickening, filtration, and dewatering processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and process-performance issues in plant environments.
• Ability to conduct laboratory and plant trials and evaluate process results.
