What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for ultraviolet, ion exchange, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding part replacements, troubleshooting, and on-site equipment startup.
• Handle logistics support including freight, shipping, and order tracking.
• Process warranty claims and manage service documentation within Salesforce.
• Provide technical guidance to third-party service contractors.
• Review and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and CAD drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the water treatment industry.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proficiency in reading technical documentation and schematics.
• Ability to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call support schedule.
