Field Service Engineer - Guadalajara

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico; territory includes northern Mexico. Remote work is available, with on-site customer support and travel required up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Install, configure, optimize, maintain, repair, and upgrade hardware, software, networking products, operating systems, and applications at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment, system, and product performance issues and resolve them to minimize customer downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, adjustments, qualifications, validations, and system acceptance activities.
• Deliver integrated solutions and advise customers on system configurations, maintenance practices, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, and other teams; manage product escalations and identify potential sales leads.
• Conduct technical training, workshops, maintenance seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions for field engineers and end users.

Requirements

• Must be located in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Mexican passport and U.S. visa required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Willingness and ability to travel 45% or more of the time.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
