Optiver is looking for a Global Mobility Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of its global mobility function. This 12-month contract combines operational leadership with hands-on case management, supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple regions while driving process excellence and automation.

What you’ll be doing:
— Oversee the global mobility case portfolio and ensure high-quality service delivery worldwide
— Lead and support an internationally distributed team of mobility specialists
— Act as the escalation point for complex global mobility cases
— Improve mobility processes, governance, controls, and operational standards
— Drive automation and process improvements to enhance the employee experience
— Monitor SLAs, KPIs, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance
— Manage vendor relationships and maintain mobility documentation and knowledge resources

— Strong expertise in global mobility policies, compliance, and international assignments
— Experience leading or influencing global teams across multiple regions
— Proven track record improving SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
— Experience managing external vendors and mobility partners
— Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and technology
