Salary: EUR 200,000 - 240,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Generate new business sales revenue through strategic account and territory planning.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to leverage partners for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create plans that drive revenue and build the pipeline.
- Use a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and align them with the solution.
- Manage the full sales process, from prospect qualification to ongoing account management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals in new business sales.
- Previous experience within software or solution sales organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be based in Milan, Italy.
- Willingness to travel.
