What you will do
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting in the eCommerce and operations tech space.
- Research high-potential accounts and identify key stakeholders such as eCommerce Managers, CTOs, and Heads of Logistics.
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives by clearly communicating the product's value proposition.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead nurturing and conversion optimization based on market feedback.
- Achieve KPIs for outreach and pipeline contribution using a consultative approach to identify customer friction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Experience using CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot or Apollo.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Milano, Italy.
- Resilience, persistence, and a consultative mindset for high-volume outreach.
Nice to have
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain SaaS, or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Basic understanding of API-based products and integration ecosystems.
- Familiarity with OMS, WMS, and 3PL workflows.
