Senior Account Executive (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to key accounts.
• Lead contract discussions to ensure optimal outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, and product development.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to drive brand awareness.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR, ideally in the CEP, Postal, or Transport & Logistics industries.
• Fluent in Italian and strong command of English (C1 level).
• Must be based in Italy with the ability to travel frequently across the country and occasionally within Europe.
• Proven ability to develop meaningful client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
