TL;DR

Key Account Manager A&D (Aerospace & Defence): Managing strategic business accounts within the Aerospace & Defence sector in Italy with an accent on sales targets, account growth, and global coordination. Focus on developing strategic account plans, diversifying product offerings across ITS and PTE portfolios, and maintaining high-level relationships with OEMs and system integrators.

Location: Must be based in Italy (Cavriago, Torino, or Robassomero). Travel required (approximately 50%).

Salary: €55,000 – €75,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet market business targets with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Take responsibility for sales plans and forecasts for assigned A&D accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and diversify offerings into new business fields and services.
  • Collaborate with a global network to deliver tailored solutions and align account strategies.
  • Negotiate quotations and contracts according to company policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on technical and economic aspects.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the aerospace, defence, or high-technology industrial sector.
  • Proven experience developing business with aerospace & defence accounts (primes/OEMs, system integrators).
  • English: Business fluent (C1) required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel (approx. 50%).

Nice to have

  • French language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with A&D commercial/contractual frameworks and industrial security requirements (e.g., NOSI).
