What you will do

• Assess client responses to climate and sustainability challenges to provide practical insights for decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate a large-scale transition assessment programme, ensuring delivery quality and continuous improvement.
• Shape the integration of AI and data tools to enhance climate assessments and support responsible innovation.
• Collaborate with Sustainable Finance, ESG Risk, and Group Sustainability teams to deliver meaningful client outcomes.
• Drive business growth and strengthen the Group's leadership in the sustainable finance sector.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in ESG, climate, sustainability, or sustainable finance advisory roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Ability to translate sustainability and ESG trends into commercial contexts for client engagement.
• Experience using data and analytical tools to support decision-making and communicate findings.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex sustainability topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading teams and workstreams with full ownership of delivery and quality.

Nice to have

• Expertise in adaptation, resilience, just transition, or nature integration.
• Knowledge of energy transition, sustainable transport, or green buildings.
• Experience with sustainable supply chains, circular economy, or sustainable food systems.
