What you will do

• Partner with Marketing leadership to shape growth strategies and investment plans.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and ad hoc deep-dives to connect strategy to financial outcomes.
• Build and evolve ROI models, including CAC/LTV and cohort dynamics, to guide resource allocation.
• Translate complex data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
• Manage variance analysis and scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach and develop a team, fostering an inclusive and high-trust environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Proven people leadership experience (3+ years managing a team of 4+).
• Strong capability in ROI modeling for marketing investments and unit economics.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership (SLT/ELT).
• Practical fluency with AI tools for financial analysis and scenario exploration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in London.
