What you will do

• Own and deliver quarterly valuation updates, updating DCF models and preparing Valuation Committee papers.
• Develop and manage valuation drivers including power prices, generation, and debt structures.
• Identify value enhancement opportunities through refinancing, capital structure optimization, and operational improvements.
• Improve model efficiency and consistency using advanced Excel, VBA, and exploring AI/data tools.
• Support investor relations through the creation of reports and participation in due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with external valuers and auditors to ensure robust and defensible valuation conclusions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, or project finance.
• Strong expertise in discounted cash-flow (DCF) and debt modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience preparing investment, committee, and board-level materials.
• Strong financial acumen; progress toward CFA, ACA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with offshore wind assets.
• CFA, ACA, or ACCA qualification.
