What you will do

• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support business growth.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and operational teams to provide actionable financial insights.
• Analyse pricing strategies, customer profitability, and commercial performance to drive sustainable revenue.
• Monitor key business metrics and deliver recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support executive leadership with business cases and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and data analytics through automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London
• Highly analytical with strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Commercially minded with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of high-impact work.
