What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, specifically for the Transport industry segment.
- Identify and close strategic opportunities with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees.
- Conduct inspiring product demonstrations and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
- Apply the "Smart & Soft" selling method to provide a delightful and instructive experience for prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to challenge and improve company products, methods, and strategy.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including a strong focus on prospecting.
- French: C2 level (native or near-native) required.
- English: Advanced level required.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to specified cities in France.
- Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
