What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, specifically for the Transport industry segment.
  • Identify and close strategic opportunities with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees.
  • Conduct inspiring product demonstrations and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Apply the "Smart & Soft" selling method to provide a delightful and instructive experience for prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to challenge and improve company products, methods, and strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including a strong focus on prospecting.
  • French: C2 level (native or near-native) required.
  • English: Advanced level required.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to specified cities in France.
  • Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
