TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing UK-based clients to ensure product adoption and achievement of employer branding and recruitment objectives with an accent on relationship building and churn mitigation. Focus on developing impactful success plans, analyzing product adoption data, and collaborating with the Revenue team to identify upsell opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France; remote work is allowed

Salary: €60K+ (85% fixed, 15% variable)

What you will do

  • Act as the key partner for clients to help them achieve their Employer Branding & Recruitment objectives.
  • Monitor product adoption to ensure clients receive maximum value and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Develop impactful success plans tailored to client needs to prevent dissatisfaction and mitigate churn rates.
  • Collaborate with AEs and AMs to create cohesive account plans across adoption and resolution of queries.
  • Advocate for client needs by collecting and sharing feedback internally to improve products, pricing, and processes.
  • Lead cross-team projects and provide onboarding and mentoring for team members.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is an absolute must for managing UK-based clients.
  • Fluent French (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess client situations based on data.
  • Customer-centric approach and comfort in identifying business opportunities.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and responsive.

  • Previous experience in HR/Tech environments.
