What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle from lead identification and prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct in-person sales activities including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local hospitality merchants to identify business challenges.
  • Structure financial deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Analyze pipeline metrics and report on performance to drive local sales strategy.
  • Participate in networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Lyon, France or able to work from there.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Proven experience in field sales or outbound solution-based sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices and quantitative decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
