What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic merchant accounts as a trusted advisor.
• Analyze data to define improvement plans and connect operational performance to business impact.
• Support stakeholders in daily service usage and translate feedback into actionable operational improvements.
• Identify growth metrics and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to unlock value.
• Contribute to product and operational enhancements based on merchant insights and market trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment environments.
• Native level of French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and ability to present data-driven insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Nice to have
