Senior Account Executive - France (CEP)

Location: Based in France, with frequent travel to client sites across the country and occasional visits to European offices. Remote-friendly policy with flexible hours.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients in the courier, express, and parcel industry.
• Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and product development to create solution offerings.
• Lead contract discussions and support sustainable account growth.
• Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR, ideally in CEP, postal, or transport and logistics industries.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, entrepreneurial ability, and client relationship skills.
• Fluent French and strong English are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across France and occasionally within Europe.
