Location: Must be based in France with frequent travel to client sites across the country and occasional visits to European offices.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to key accounts to foster sustainable, long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling solution offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations and discussions to ensure optimal outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and leverage industry trends to deliver value.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR in CEP, Postal, or Transport & Logistics industries.
  • Fluent in French and a strong command of English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across France and occasionally within Europe.
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
