What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end demand engine, including paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, content, and conversion channels.
  • Lead website structure, messaging, UX, and CRO to improve full-funnel conversion and pipeline quality.
  • Allocate and optimize a €2M+ budget across paid channels to drive predictable marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Develop scalable intent-based content clusters to increase brand authority and long-term organic growth.
  • Lead and mentor teams across paid marketing, content, web, and design.
  • Collaborate with PMM and Revenue leadership to align growth targets with product positioning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Portugal
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital growth, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of pipeline growth and managing budgets exceeding €2M.
  • Deep expertise in Paid Acquisition, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and SEO/GEO.
  • Hands-on experience designing or shipping end-to-end automated marketing systems using AI agents and LLM-based tooling (e.g., Claude).
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset geared toward revenue KPIs.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a SaaS company with 20M–100M ARR.
  • Exposure to international SaaS markets.
