TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Paris or New York City (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
Compensation: Competitive base + variable (50/50 split) + stock options/BSPCE

What you will do
- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a self-generated pipeline to supplement inbound leads.
- Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify and progress enterprise opportunities.
- Collaborate with BDR, Marketing, Product, and ML teams to share customer insights.
- Develop and refine sales playbooks and internal processes.
- Travel to meet strategic accounts with high ARR potential.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a proven track record of hitting $700k+ quotas.
- Experience closing deals in environments with evolving playbooks and outbound leads.
- Strong proficiency in a structured sales methodology like MEDDPICC.
- Ability to find and develop own opportunities independently.
- Based in Paris or New York City, available in-office 3 days/week.
Nice to have
- Experience selling APIs or developer-facing products.
- Knowledge of the AI/ML or Generative AI landscape.
- Additional languages beyond English.
