TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Managing the full enterprise sales cycle for AI-powered image editing tools with an accent on pipeline generation and structured qualification. Focus on unlocking new market segments, refining sales playbooks, and closing high-value ARR deals.

Location: Must be based in Paris or New York City (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: Competitive base + variable (50/50 split) + stock options/BSPCE

What you will do

  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a self-generated pipeline to supplement inbound leads.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify and progress enterprise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Marketing, Product, and ML teams to share customer insights.
  • Develop and refine sales playbooks and internal processes.
  • Travel to meet strategic accounts with high ARR potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a proven track record of hitting $700k+ quotas.
  • Experience closing deals in environments with evolving playbooks and outbound leads.
  • Strong proficiency in a structured sales methodology like MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to find and develop own opportunities independently.
  • Based in Paris or New York City, available in-office 3 days/week.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling APIs or developer-facing products.
  • Knowledge of the AI/ML or Generative AI landscape.
  • Additional languages beyond English.
