TL;DR

Account Executive (Enterprise): Driving revenue growth and managing complex enterprise sales cycles for an AI-native compliance and surveillance platform with an accent on high-value deal acquisition and executive stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing the full commercial lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to contract execution and expansion within the financial services sector.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid requirement: 2 days per week in office if based in New York or Virginia.

What you will do

  • Own outbound pipeline generation and engage senior business stakeholders within assigned industry verticals.
  • Execute the full commercial sales process for high-value opportunities with extended sales cycles.
  • Articulate business value by linking platform capabilities to customer strategic objectives and economic outcomes.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution, and maintain accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Retain commercial ownership post-signature and partner with Customer Success to drive expansion and renewals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise executive buying behavior in regulated financial institutions.
  • Proven experience managing long-cycle, high-value enterprise sales motions.
  • Knowledge of vertical-specific business and regulatory drivers in finance.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder alignment and multi-stage commercial approvals.
