What you will do
- Build and convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners across Fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems.
- Source and sign strategic partners to scale customer acquisition from 15 to 60+ new customers per month.
- Structure and execute commercially viable partnership agreements to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to activate partners and track ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hunter-profile experience in SMB business development or outbound partnerships within Fintech, SaaS, or tech startups.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive targets for net-new partner acquisition and revenue generation.
- Deep experience unlocking SMB/mid-market segments through channels and indirect distribution models.
- Established network of contacts across Australia’s SME hubs, accelerators, and Fintech circles.
- Strong commercial acumen for pitching complex value propositions and closing deals autonomously.
