What you will do

  • Build and convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners across Fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems.
  • Source and sign strategic partners to scale customer acquisition from 15 to 60+ new customers per month.
  • Structure and execute commercially viable partnership agreements to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to activate partners and track ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hunter-profile experience in SMB business development or outbound partnerships within Fintech, SaaS, or tech startups.
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive targets for net-new partner acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Deep experience unlocking SMB/mid-market segments through channels and indirect distribution models.
  • Established network of contacts across Australia’s SME hubs, accelerators, and Fintech circles.
  • Strong commercial acumen for pitching complex value propositions and closing deals autonomously.
