What you will do

• Manage a caseload of NIHL claims, reviewing documents, evidence, and handling disclosure.
• Assess causation on military NIHL cases and determine quantum, including PSLA, Smith and Manchester, and Special Damages.
• Prepare reports and progress claims efficiently to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Ensure all work aligns with SRA Standards & Regulations and firmwide values.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling NIHL disease claims.
• Must hold British Citizenship (sole or dual national) due to national security requirements.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work under pressure with high attention to detail.
