What you will do

• Prepare and optimize recurring financial reporting and variance analysis for the German market.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes by owning and improving the forecasting model.
• Analyze commercial KPIs including revenue, margin, marketing spend, and customer economics.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and datasets to enhance transparency and decision-making.
• Create business cases for commercial initiatives and marketing investments.
• Identify performance trends and translate risks/opportunities into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A within a commercial, e-commerce or digital environment.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery).
• Fluent English (C1).
