What you will do

• Act as the primary analytical partner for the Head of Finance across DACH & Netherlands to enable timely decision-making.
• Perform detailed profitability and pricing analyses for customers, products, and revenue streams.
• Own monthly regional management reporting packages and variance analysis (Budget vs Forecast vs Actual).
• Manage regional sales commission calculations and agency rebate processes.
• Drive finance transformation by automating reports and integrating AI technologies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Commercial Operations to translate financial trends into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• English and German: Excellent written and verbal proficiency required
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Hamburg office (hybrid)
• 3-4 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or Audit.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Query, dynamic arrays, and financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365) and financial planning tools (Planful).

• Experience within an international and matrix organization.
