What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the hirify.global Group.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning at the group level.
• Analyze group performance, including variance analysis and profitability assessments.
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial data for consolidation purposes.
• Play an active role in developing and improving controlling processes and systems.
• Create management reports and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, ideally focusing on Controlling, Accounting, or Finance.
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Consolidation, and financial Reporting.
• Analytical skills and a structured working style.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in German and English.
