What you will do

• Drive annual budgeting processes and maintain rolling forecasts for various departments.
• Establish operational reporting cadences, including weekly KPI check-ins and variance analysis.
• Act as a financial partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on cost initiatives and headcount planning.
• Develop and optimize planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) and automate FP&A processes.
• Prepare mid-term financial plans and conduct scenario-based "what-if" analyses.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A / Controlling with a strong operational focus.
• Hands-on expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modelling.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Experience working with modern planning tools (Anaplan is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into recommendations.

Nice to have

• Initial leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience in scaling or transformation environments.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
