What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner for financial steering and performance management.
• Deliver high-quality financial analyses and forward-looking recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead complex projects to drive transparency, accountability, and value creation.
• Optimize and stabilize controlling processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Take ownership of planning and reporting cycles, including profit and loss month-end closing.
• Create complex financial models to support the controlling team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in project or business controlling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical thinking.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
