Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany; hybrid work with required presence in the Munich office

What you will do
- Deliver complex financial analyses and forward-looking recommendations for senior leadership and operational units.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business lines, supporting corporate objectives and sustainable financial performance.
- Lead complex controlling projects and initiatives that improve transparency, accountability, and value creation.
- Optimize and stabilize controlling processes, improving efficiency and data integrity.
- Own planning and reporting cycles, including a significant part of profit and loss month-end closing.
- Create complex financial models and turn data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration with excellent grades.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in project or business controlling.
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills, and experience interpreting complex data.
- Very high-level Excel skills and a track record of translating data into practical insights.
- Adaptable, proactive approach to complex tasks and effective collaboration across business areas.
- Effective communication in German and English and ability to work from Munich are required.
