TL;DR

CX Systems Manager (CRM): Developing and managing the strategy for operational tools and automation to enhance member interactions with an accent on CRM optimization and workflow integration. Focus on building a scalable tooling roadmap and leading the implementation of systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.

Location: Hybrid (Leicestershire or London, UK). Fully remote work is not available.

What you will do

  • Define and deliver a systems, tooling, and automation roadmap aligned with operational and member experience priorities.
  • Lead the ongoing optimization of operational systems, workflows, and integrations.
  • Establish governance frameworks to support clear prioritization, testing, and change management.
  • Define and track KPIs covering system performance, automation, and tool adoption.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tooling options to support future operational needs.
  • Manage and develop a small team, setting clear priorities and building capability over time.

Requirements

  • Established experience managing operational systems or automation platforms within a CX/member operations environment.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering system strategies rather than just day-to-day administration.
  • Hands-on experience with front-line customer service platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
  • Experience managing workflow automation and operational technology solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from Leicestershire or London.
