What you will do
- Own the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and ongoing development priorities to align with business goals.
- Act as the primary interface between business teams and the Salesforce development team, translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance, standards, and best practices across regions and teams.
- Own the data quality strategy within the SFDC ecosystem, ensuring accurate reporting and reliable insights.
- Collaborate with developers and admins on sprint planning, backlog management, and performing UAT.
- Drive Salesforce adoption by developing training, documentation, and enablement materials for all user groups.
Requirements
- Experience managing Salesforce as a product, including roadmap definition and prioritization.
- Must be based in London, UK, and work from the office environment.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams across Europe and the UK.
- Strong expertise in SFDC capabilities and best practices for Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Experience in translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and managing delivery.
