• Manage the day-to-day and strategic development of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Design and implement complex, automated email marketing journeys for donors and supporters.
• Translate business requirements into best-practice technical solutions using AMPscript and SQL.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve supporter engagement and operational efficiency.
• Integrate data from various sources to ensure a seamless and personalized user experience.
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes and practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Oxford.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and relevant coding languages for email automation.
• Proven track record of successful product management and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
