Tribe Lead (HR Tech)

Location: Espoo, Finland — hybrid. Working arrangements are open for discussion.

What you will do

• Define and drive the technology tribe’s product vision, strategy, KPIs, and lifecycle.
• Lead quarterly business planning, roadmap execution, and delivery progress tracking.
• Develop local payroll and related add-on solutions and support the adoption of global solutions in Finland.
• Ensure quality, security, compliance, performance, technology upgrades, and technical-debt management.
• Coordinate Product Owners, stakeholders, market teams, vendors, outsourced services, and global portfolio teams.
• Build, lead, and coach cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, ProductOps coaches, Engineers, and Architects.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in technology and software development roles within international organisations.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading large, distributed teams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Inspiring and pragmatic leadership style with a strong focus on delivery and people development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of modern HR technology ecosystems, including payroll, data and analytics, integrations, AI, and security.
• Swedish language skills.
