• Identify blockers, tackle technical problems, and contribute to engineering culture through hands-on guidance on decisions and best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work from Helsinki office three days a week
• Experienced people leader with proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Full software lifecycle experience in high-availability environments with active user bases.
• Knowledge of agile practices, tradeoffs, and delivery focus.
