What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, mentor, and develop a team of Specialist Solutions Architects.
• Guide technical experts through complex pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements.
• Support strategic account architectures, technical escalations, proof-of-concepts, and value-selling activities.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Solution Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Drive Databricks platform adoption, regional consumption targets, customer success, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal business partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales or post-sales teams.
• 3+ years of experience in data and AI platforms, distributed computing, cloud data warehousing, MLOps, or generative AI infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in technical qualification, architecture validation, structured POC/MVP management, and value-selling frameworks.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and promoting technical individual contributors.
• Experience partnering successfully with Sales, Product Management, and Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Must be based in Sweden, Denmark, or Finland and be flexible for significant travel.
