Salary: $102,700 — $263,000 USD (Depending on US geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Partner with Renewals leadership to deliver executive-ready insights and support strategic planning cycles (MBRs, QBRs).
  • Own the end-to-end renewals operating model, defining and tracking globally consistent KPIs and risk signals.
  • Continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience to reduce operational friction and increase high-value customer interaction time.
  • Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives and champion disciplined change management for new tools and processes.
  • Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability and surface expansion signals.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue intelligence or renewals operations management.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage high executive visibility.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve predictability.
