What you will do
- Lead the Sales Operations function for AMER and Public Sector regions, establishing the vision and operating model to support growth.
- Partner with senior sales leaders on forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Drive core sales operating cadences, including forecast reviews, KPI reporting, and business reviews.
- Develop actionable reporting and analytics to provide visibility into bookings and conversion trends.
- Optimize Salesforce and commercial systems to ensure data quality, governance, and effective automation.
- Mentor a high-performing Sales Operations team and manage stakeholder engagement across Finance, Marketing, and Product.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, or Finance.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and operational planning.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be located in Austin, Texas
Nice to have
- Experience in a recurring-revenue software or SaaS business model.
- Experience with tools such as Gong.
- History of supporting global go-to-market teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with territory design and compensation policy frameworks.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
