What you will do

• Lead Omdia's coverage of the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) market.
• Produce a mix of quantitative and qualitative research, including market forecasts and vendor competitive analyses.
• Act as a thought leader, presenting insights to technical end users and senior industry executives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to showcase research value and identify business development opportunities.
• Develop customer-based points of view for new products and advisory services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the UC&C ecosystem as an industry analyst or within the digital workplace industry.
• Strong technical understanding of cooling technologies and power infrastructure in data centers.
• Proficiency in quantitative research, specifically building and maintaining market forecasts and trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex ideas.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be based in a US office.
