Salary: $144,189 - $203,561 USD (depending on tier/location)

What you will do

• Partner with analytics teams and business leaders to shape narratives around high-impact findings.
• Synthesize insights across Product, Reporting, Marketing, and Data Science to align with broader company goals.
• Create executive-ready communications, including decision briefs, strategic memos, and leadership updates.
• Curate recurring business reviews, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates.
• Establish organizational standards for analytics storytelling, insight packaging, and communication quality.
• Leverage AI and emerging tools to scale communications while maintaining analytical rigor.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or analytics enablement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data for executive leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect patterns across different analytical domains.
• Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, and Executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specified ineligible states).

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, as a Chief of Staff, or in business operations.
• Experience supporting board reviews or company-level strategic planning processes.
• Familiarity with analytics workflows, experimentation, forecasting, and metrics.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and knowledge management.
