What you will do

• Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, and data quality standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests.
• Develop and maintain analytical and predictive models for attribution, forecasting, and budget allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating analytical workflows and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows.
• Experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement.
