What you will do

• Own end-to-end monitoring of funnel metrics and channel performance to drive root cause analysis.
• Analyze business problems using SQL and Python to quantify drop-off drivers and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reusable, standards-compliant dbt data models in Snowflake.
• Build and manage Periscope dashboards to improve visibility across the marketing funnel.
• Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering to coordinate strategy changes and conduct post-release impact analysis.
• Utilize and critically validate AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis and development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use and independently verify output from AI/LLM tools.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
