What you will do
- Analyze marketing performance across various channels, including paid acquisition, events, product marketing, and website performance.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for different marketing teams and track KPIs.
- Support marketing stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, metric investigations, and reporting.
- Work with acquisition funnels, marketing costs, and attribution models.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics and Unit Economics to ensure consistent definitions and data models.
- Help improve data quality, align metric definitions, and reduce inconsistencies across dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics.
- Strong SQL skills are mandatory.
- Practical experience with marketing metrics, campaign performance analysis, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks.
- Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to investigate problems and turn data into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
- Experience with attribution modeling.
- Experience with DBT or other data transformation tools.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis or automation.
