• Lead the product analytics team to tackle challenging business research tasks.
• Improve analytics processes and tools, and develop the team of analysts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and/or leading data-driven projects that resulted in product metric growth, with ownership of results.
• Excellent knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Passion for analyzing complex problems, desire to get to the heart of every matter, and ability to distinguish crucial business tasks.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience with a data analysis or Data Science team.
• Understanding of applied statistics and experience in data, product, or marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to speak the language of business, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking.
