Lead Data Analyst (GameDev)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or from one of the company's offices

What you will do

• Lead the product analytics team and develop analysts through coaching, process improvement, and clear prioritization.
• Conduct complex research and generate proactive insights and ideas for product development.
• Create and lead data-driven projects that improve product metrics and take ownership of their results.
• Organize collaboration across several independent teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Develop self-service and analytical products that reduce routine work for analysts and support data consumers.
• Use large-scale data infrastructure, including Databricks, PySpark, AWS, Airflow, Redshift, and Tableau.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience with a data analysis or Data Science team.
• Experience creating or leading data-driven projects that resulted in product metric growth.
• Understanding of applied statistics and experience in data, product, or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, business communication, proactive ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
