Location: Must be based in Chelmsford, MA

What you will do

• Assist in executing show services orders and managing content within event management systems.
• Research creative giveaway and activity concepts for events and handle vendor sourcing and shipping.
• Maintain tracking logistics for materials and tasks related to assigned events.
• Organize and analyze event feedback to provide suggestions for future improvements.
• Support the event registration process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Facilitate live events within various platforms and gain deep knowledge of event management systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in event coordination or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.
