What you will do

• Assist with gathering agendas and coordinating weekly department meetings.
• Brainstorm creative concepts to drive engagement across social media and marketing outlets.
• Draft marketing proposals for external partners and track contractual obligations.
• Generate PowerPoint presentations for content campaigns, show launches, and events.
• Circulate approved assets and programming details using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and submitting invoices.

Requirements

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management, planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Basic photo editing experience (Photoshop or Canva).
