What you will do

• Brainstorm creative concepts to drive engagement across social media and marketing channels.
• Draft marketing proposals for external partners and track contractual obligations.
• Generate PowerPoint presentations for show launches, content campaigns, and events.
• Circulate approved assets and programming details to internal teams using project management tools.
• Assist with administrative tasks including meeting scheduling and invoice submission.

Requirements

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music, entertainment, and sports.

Nice to have

• Basic photo editing experience (Photoshop, Canva).
• Major in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Communications.
